The 2020 EIPA Transport and Regulatory Meetings on Industrial Packagingl took place in Dusseldorf, Germany from 13th to 14th February 2020.

The meetings included the key trade bodies of SERRED, SEFA, SEFFI and EMPACK - representing the manufacturers and reconditioners of a wide range of industrial packaging design-types such as drums and IBCs across the whole of Europe.

Following lengthy discussions and revisions in conjunction with the UK Environment Agency, a new joint industry document on the Assessment and Classification of Waste Packaging has now been published and formally adopted in England, Scotland and Wales.
